AEG Aircraft |
The Aeg firm (stands for "Allegemeine Electrizitats G.m.b.H. Hennigsdorf bei Berlin") G series were short range, twin engined bombers and were renowned for his flyability and ruggedness. These aircraft featured metal welded tube fuselage structures, making them relatively safe in case of a crash landing.
Fuzzy picture of an AEG twin engined bomber. Of interest is the location of the overwing fuel tank.I reccomend you checking Candice Uhlir's AEG G.IV build from Internet Modeler Magazine
Single seater cowl drawing, that looks very akin to the Thomas Morse S4C design, ain't it?
